  • Digital downloads (such as activity sheets and educational materials) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

  • Apparel is produced and shipped by Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

  • Books are printed on demand and distributed through IngramSpark, which makes them available through various online retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other major book-selling platforms.

Please note that we do not control the inventory, delivery times, or policies of these third-party distributors. While we strive to ensure a smooth experience, any delays, errors, or issues related to shipping or availability may be subject to the terms of the respective retailer or service provider.

Generally:

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable

  • Physical products may be eligible for exchange or refund if they are defective or incorrect
